Dad and I in his favourite place Brighton. He’s used to come and visit me almost every two months just to spend time with me and see Brighton. I’ll miss him so much and this hole in my heart will never be filled. Love you my dad
Don loved to walk. We often climbed the hill and looked at our town at different times of the year. And we told each other how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful place. I will miss these walks and YOU!
Don carried his passion for trains throughout his life. He built a railway in the garden with a bridge over a pond and a tunnel. With the coming of spring, Don cleaned, vacuumed and polished the rails and started the trains.

Dad always had passion for boats which lasted throughout his life. He loved the Norfolk Broads and used to have boats on there for many years.
Dads Favourite boat Snoopy which he kept on the Norfolk broads. He told me he had to get a 2nd job to pay for it but he loved it and the amazing memories which came from it.
Another one of dads passions and hobbies was trains which if you knew dad or even if you had just met him anywhere then you would know!
Dad loved our bikes rides on the cliff tops over looking the sea the whole ride from Peacehaven to Newhaven. He often spoke about how much he loved riding next to the sea.

Don's favorite places to visit.
I visited with Don many interesting places where there are trains.
We visited Brighton several times a year and always went to the Pier.

Don built a model railway with a city, river, bridges, mountains in our attic.
Fate has given us almost twelve wonderful years. Not long enough, of course, but every day was full and rich and never to be forgotten.
Don spent hours working on a model railway. He said that this work has no end.

Don joked that he only visits one castle a year. (Of course there were more.)
