I had the privilege to work with Don many times over the year and was the Mayor of Okehampton when he retired as Town Clerk. He will be much missed. I am pleased to have been able to call him a personal friend. We had many good laughs (too many to tell). He helped me and my family on many occassions. He will be remembered as a good and caring man.
